Pet Policy

  • All Fees are non-refundable
  • There are no monthly pet fees
  • There is a onetime pet fee of $ 450 for a single pet (cat or dog), there will be a one-time pet fee of $100 for each additional pet (cat or dog) with a 2 pet per unit maximum.
  • Dogs are only allowed in the town home style units. Please call for details.
  • No more than 2 dogs under 30 lbs. per unit or one dog under 65lbs. per unit.
  • All pets must have a rabies tag number.
  • Breed restrictions –Pet cannot be one of, or a mixed breed of, the following: Rottweiler, Doberman, Chow, German Shepard and Pit Bull (aka: American Staffordshire Terrier, American Bully, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier)
